This Invisible Disabilities Week, we want to acknowledge the battles fought out of sight.

Our team of understanding Support Coordinators dont just manage plans; we lead with empathy. We specialise in:

* Translating your or your loved one's non-visible experience (whether it's mental health, Autism, chronic pain, or chronic illness) into compelling NDIS language.
* Fighting for recognition and funding for supports that address the unseen barriers in your life.

If you need a Coordinator who truly gets the invisible challenges and has a whole team ready to back you, reach out. We see you, and we're ready to partner with you.

The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission works to protect participants from harm, but sometimes, a participant needs extra support. That's where a great support coordinator comes in.
We help you identify and avoid 'sharp practices'—the unethical actions of some providers that can take advantage of vulnerable people. We do this by helping you implement your plan correctly, choose the right providers, and monitor your services. We also report sharp practices ourselves and work to build your capacity to report them where you're able.
At Your Path Your Way, we believe in ethical and reliable support coordination. As an independent provider, we have no conflicting interests. Our sole purpose is to protect you and your NDIS plan so you can get the most out of your funding and find the right supports your way.
We're here to help you feel safe and empowered on your journey. Contact us today to learn more about how we can help.

The term ‘sharp practices’ refers to a range of behaviours that involve unfair treatment or taking advantage of people, including over-servicing, high pressure sales and inducements.

Sharp practices are dishonest, unethical, and not in the best interests of NDIS participants.

This includes unfair pricing – where an NDIS participant is charged more for a product or service than other customers – and incentives or referral payments offered by providers to encourage participants to sign up for their services.

We are actively monitoring provider behaviour for sharp practices and have a range of compliance and enforcement actions we can take against providers we identify as deliberately and repeatedly doing the wrong thing.

An Important Announcement Has Just Been Made
Today, the NDIS Minister announced details about the 'Thriving Kids' program, which will be a new early intervention pathway for children with mild to moderate developmental delays and autism.

We understand this news can be a lot to take in and may bring up questions about your current plan and what this means for your family.
We understand because we also have children on the scheme.
Our team is already working hard to go through the details of this announcement and will continue to stay on top of every update as the government provides.

We want you to know that our top priority is to ensure the people we support are as well-informed and prepared as possible. We are here to help you navigate this and any future changes with clarity and confidence.

We'll be sharing more information as it becomes available.
