Happy Easter, everyone 🤍

We hope you’ve enjoyed some quality time with family and all the festivities. We often say it, but we’re genuinely grateful for your ongoing support and incredibly proud of our community. It really means a lot to us. We’ll be back to our regular programming tomorrow and are excited to hit the ground running, especially with school holidays now!

This is the perfect time for junior athletes to start strength and conditioning, build a solid foundation for the season ahead, and learn in a safe, supportive environment with coaches who truly invest in long-term development. We currently have a few spots available for new members to join our program.

Alternatively, school holidays are a great opportunity to bring your junior athlete in for testing. Our EPs and university-qualified coaches can design a tailored program, identify potential injury risks, and help ensure they’re ready for the season ahead before any issues arise.

Meet Ady, Eden, Rach & Chloe 👋🏻

All netballers competing across junior representative programs, including North Central, Bendigo Strikers and BFNL.

They’re not just talented on the court. They invest time in preparing their bodies for what’s ahead.

And the best part? They bring the energy every single session. always laughing, always having fun. Being professional doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the process.

One of the biggest things for us isn’t just seeing our members perform on game day… It’s being part of the journey that gets them there.

We’re excited to announce that we have a new Strength & Conditioning Coach joining the team, meet Tom!

How lucky are we to welcome another university-qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach to our team? Tom is currently completing his Master’s of Strength & Conditioning at La Trobe University and also works with the Bendigo Pioneers Football Club as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach alongside our very own Pricey.

We’re excited for our members and the wider community to get to know him. Make sure you say hello to Tom next time you’re in the gym!

We help manage chronic conditions, injuries and disabilities through tailored, evidence-based exercise programs designed to improve physical function, independence and long-term health.

Exercise Physiology can support individuals living with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, obesity, mental health conditions, as well as those recovering from musculoskeletal injuries or undergoing injury rehabilitation.

No doctor’s referral is required, and we work with selected private health insurers.
