Whether you’re going through rehab, managing a chronic condition, training for an event, chasing a performance goal, or simply wanting to live a healthier life. We’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Progress isn’t always flashy. Sometimes it feels repetitive. Sometimes it feels linear. But when you follow a structured plan with the right support, the results come.

The difference at PB Performance and Health is our access to VALD technology. world-class system used to assess strength, power, rate of force development, and a range of other key performance metrics.

This allows us to accurately identify where each athlete currently sits and set clear, objective goals for where they need to be. By removing the guesswork from programming, we can make more informed decisions that drive better outcomes.

The result? Training with purpose, confidence, and a clear pathway toward reaching your full potential.

Shoulder pain isn’t just about where it hurts. It’s about understanding why it hurts. An Exercise Physiologist looks at how your shoulder moves, how it works with the rest of your body, and what may be contributing to irritation or overload.

By assessing strength, mobility, and movement patterns, we design exercise programs that support the shoulder while improving stability and control. The goal isn’t just to reduce pain, but to help you move with confidence, restore function, and lower the risk of ongoing or recurring issues.
Whether your shoulder pain comes from sport, work, or everyday activities, the right approach and support can help you keep moving safely and effectively.

The biggest mistake people make when running is going too fast, too soon.

The safest way to improve your running is to be patient and build gradually. We know it’s not always exciting, especially when you’re on a running high, but aggressively increasing your running load can quickly lead to injury.

Building your aerobic base is key. It’s your body’s fundamental ability to use oxygen efficiently for sustained energy and tolerance. And this isn’t just for track athletes. footballers, netballers, and athletes across all running-based sports benefit equally.

We always recommend taking a graded approach and educating our athletes along the way.

Don’t take yourself out with an injury when you’re on the rise.

Netball isn’t just about jumping, it’s about how you land, decelerate, and change direction. Objective testing paired with targeted plyometrics underpins our approach to netball performance and resilience.

This battery allows us to assess power, reactive strength, and asymmetries before progressing athletes into higher-demand plyometric tasks.

Testing battery:

• Drop Jump (reactive strength & spring)
• Countermovement Jump (power output)
• Single Leg Jump (side-to-side asymmetry)

Plyometrics:

• Banded lunge deceleration
• Drop landing → lateral bound + stick
• Drop jump → box jump

Every test informs the plan.
Every drill has a purpose.

Book online or call us to see how we can prepare you to perform your best this season and stay on the court.
