We’re excited to announce that we have a new Strength & Conditioning Coach joining the team, meet Tom!

How lucky are we to welcome another university-qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach to our team? Tom is currently completing his Master’s of Strength & Conditioning at La Trobe University and also works with the Bendigo Pioneers Football Club as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach alongside our very own Pricey.

We’re excited for our members and the wider community to get to know him. Make sure you say hello to Tom next time you’re in the gym!

What does an Exercise Physiologist do?

We help manage chronic conditions, injuries and disabilities through tailored, evidence-based exercise programs designed to improve physical function, independence and long-term health.

Exercise Physiology can support individuals living with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, obesity, mental health conditions, as well as those recovering from musculoskeletal injuries or undergoing injury rehabilitation.

No doctor’s referral is required, and we work with selected private health insurers.

Pre-season brings us back to where it all starts 🙌🏻

With the season fast approaching, the squad continues to build momentum every session. I’m incredibly grateful to be re-signed as Strength & Conditioning Coach and to play a role in helping this group reach their full potential.
One of the best parts of this job is watching teammates lock in, support one another, and grow together. Those small moments are what truly build a team and a club.

Always grateful to be surrounded by the best on and off the court.

Designed for individuals aged 45+ who are looking to live a healthier, more active life or manage an existing health condition, this membership provides a supportive, structured approach to improving your health and wellbeing.

Instead of paying appointment to appointment, you’ll pay a weekly membership fee that gives you access to all our weekly supervised sessions, led by one of our qualified Exercise Physiologists.
