I’m so excited to finally share something I’ve been working on behind the scenes — my Heart and Soul Aromatherapy Blend Benefits & Contradictions Guide 🌿

This detailed chart shows all of my aromatherapy blends, their healing properties, and important essential oil contraindications. It’s been thoughtfully created so my beautiful clients and customers can clearly see how each blend supports the mind, body, and spirit — and why pure essential oils are so deeply healing. 💚

You’ll now receive this guide when visiting me at my market stalls or when purchasing an order online or in person. It’s my way of helping you understand the intention and benefits behind each blend, whether it’s for calm, focus, love, sleep, or emotional & spiritual balance.

✨ And this is just the beginning! Apart from the seasonal blend (with Summer just around the corner ☀️), I’ll be adding a Summer Blend to this guide soon. There’s also been a few gentle tweaks (and will be in the future) here and there as I continue to grow and deepen my knowledge through my Master’s in Aromatherapy & Natural Therapies.
