Today I was blessed to visit Saihoji Temple in Tokyo. As a Reiki Master Teacher, it was deeply meaningful to pay my respects and honour the resting place of Dr Mikao Usui. I was warmly met with smiles from others there. I was able to pray peacefully, and a beautiful, calming energy washed over me.

I am so grateful for this experience and for the opportunity to honour and pay my respects to Dr Usui.

As I arrive in Japan my heart is heavy and so full. I’m heart broken for the terror that has occurred in my only country to ppl in a community, thinking it could have been me or my family at an event just like this. And yet I’m in a safe country that has a history of its own tragedy.

We just have to keep shining our light into the darkness!!

As the year gently wraps up, I’m taking a moment to pause, reflect, and honour everything it has brought. I’m heading to Japan to spend precious time with family and to deeply connect with the profound, timeless energy of Dr Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki. This journey feels both grounding and expansive—a chance to realign, recharge, and receive inspiration at its source.

I’m so looking forward to returning in early January with renewed clarity and heart, ready to open the doors to my new wellness space. A place dedicated to thriving, sharing love, and supporting deep connection—for ourselves and for each other. Thank you for being part of this journey. The next chapter is just beginning. ✨

The history and lineage of this ancient healing modality
What Reiki is and how it works
The nature of illness/disorder and how we can heal
The flow of energy and the chakra system
How to perform a Reiki treatment
One-on-one Reiki

This course is taught over 2 full days over one full weekend
Students receive a detailed manual and a certificate upon completion of the course.

Hi and welcome to Healing 4 You - the business that is all about YOU.

I love what I do and want to help you achieve your goals. Whether that is relaxation, managing the stress and anxiety life throws at us, or focusing on your physical body to just make you feel you good.

I have extensive experience working in the hospitality industry with a variety of ages and skill levels, ranging from adults to secondary school students and disengaged youth. In 2008 I started my 'Reiki' journey, completing my Level I certification, and from there have continued on a path of self-discovery. I have lived through the ups and downs that life can throw at us and know how important self-care is on a daily basis.
