Itโ€™s a sequence your nervous system needs to move from alert โ†’ calm โ†’ rest.
Hereโ€™s the simple ritual many of my patients follow:

1. Dim the lights
2. Stretch + breathe
3.Journal or read
4. Phone down (outside the bedroom)
5.Lights out by 10

โœจ Protect your bedtime like itโ€™s medicine โ€” because it is.
