2025 kicked my ass to the core but it was the kick I needed to shake off attachments I was still holding onto.

Yes it felt uncomfortable during but it has made me who I am today for which I am so blessed and grateful.

1. To heal, you must meet these parts of yourself with nothing but love and compassion.

2. Allow people the freedom to turn up however they choose to in your life. The shifts that happen with this is magical.

3. Balance was a word that came up so much last year. Everything in balance Stavrelle.

4. Giving is the most rewarding experience we can have. When you give from the heart without expectation, a wonderful world awaits.

5. Every single moment, the Universe is working for us with nothing but love. Even when it all feels chaotic and messy, trust it as what it’s rebuilding for you is Heaven on Earth.

These are just the first handful of lessons and even though some I already knew, 2025 was the year to go deeper into them. God bless 💙

We’ve all been there yeh?

Where we are out at a shop, restaurant, medical office and the person who greets you is very abrupt, rude and you’re thinking Whoa, I’ve only said hello.

What I do now is recognise their behaviour has nothing to do with me. Which means I don’t take it personally.

And then I smile the biggest smile.

And I just show them so much love that suddenly their energy shifts, their walls drop and sometimes I even manage to get a smile back.

This is the power of energetic transformation.

But what happens when people take everything personally (and I was no exception) is the ego gets defensive and how dare they talk to me like that and an energetic war takes place.

So give it a shot.

Next time you run into this, see if you can send them love and just sit back and watch the energy shift.

Because loving energy is like magic!

During my spiritual journey, I went from a girl who really hated herself, blamed herself for any emotions she would have and living in so much fear and suffering to a woman who loves herself unconditionally and allows all form of expression to come up and be nurtured and loved.

It’s definitely an awakening and healing joooooourney, not a one stop destination and it is worth more than anything else 🙌🏻❤️

A shout out to two amazing humans in my life. One who made me and one who I made 💚

My eldest daughter this morning came up with the idea of popping some beautiful affirmations in the hospital lounge where my Mum is staying.

Mum wanted to be the first to pick one and ten minutes after she chose hers ‘Better days are on their way’, Mum was told she could move to a single room with a couch in front of a beautiful window view. To which my daughter then asked me ‘omg am I psychic?’ 🤣

Don’t ever underestimate the power of words and actions and how much magic there is in spreading love and kindness ❤️ 🧙🏻‍♀️

Some days are just total rest days.

The body is calling out ‘Ppppppplease let me hibernate from the world and close my eyes.’

We aren’t really conditioned to allow these days as most of us were taught this is way too lazy or we are wasting the day away.

But rest days are just as important as any other day.

They allow our nervous system to take a break, our immune system to power up, and give the body complete permission to do nothing and relax.

So if your body is saying ‘Hey can we please have a rest day?’ I’d say listen to your body instead of the judgemental voices in the head as your body knows exactly what it needs 💚

Walking through some local gardens today, I was staring up at the trees and started to see something.

In movies when you see a dark and spooky forest, it’s always with Winter style trees that have lost all their leaves, looking dark and eerie.

Today looking at the trees I saw that eerie vibe and realised it’s a great metaphor for us all.

Because as Spring approaches, these trees will be sprouting beautiful flowers and the eerie will turn into warm and friendly.

We are like the trees.

We go through warm and fuzzy seasons.

We also have darker and eerie seasons.

Nature is teaching us that both are perfect.

Both play their part.

So if we can accept it in nature, why not accept it within ourselves?

Nature is really one of the best teachers we have 💚

My favourite part of these sessions is witnessing others realise their connection to their inner stillness and to watch how their creation flows from that space.

All artwork created in these sessions are a bi product of our meditation. They aren’t a calling to create the next piece for an art gallery but a more important calling for you to come back home to your true space within 💚
