💡 Did you know that Medicare can help you access physiotherapy?

If you’re managing a long-term condition like arthritis, diabetes, chronic pain or another health concern that’s lasted longer than 6 months — your GP might be able to refer you under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan.

This plan can provide up to 5 allied health sessions each year, helping to make your physiotherapy more affordable.

✅ Step 1: Speak to your GP about a care plan
✅ Step 2: Ask for a referral to MotionMenders
✅ Step 3: Start your journey to better movement and health
