Big toe that sometimes “blister” callus as there is not motor nerve function for dorsiflexion. Also Diabetic so mindful of slow healing.

Some blue light to help with any bacteria on the burst blister/sore. The blue will help also activate the process. Then some red/nir for the extra boost for healing.
