The Importance of SPF During Summer!

With increased sun exposure over the summer months, protecting your skin with daily SPF is essential. Ultraviolet (UV) radiation is present year-round but is significantly stronger in summer, accelerating skin ageing and increasing the risk of skin cancer.

Applying a broad-spectrum SPF every morning is important, but reapplication is just as critical particularly after swimming, sweating, or prolonged time outdoors. For optimal protection, SPF should be reapplied every 2 hours when exposed to the sun.

Consistent sun protection helps maintain healthy skin, supports post-procedure results, and plays a vital role in long-term skin health.
