Bowen Therapist

Bowen Therapy is a gentle, non intrusive therapy which is suitable for all ages from babies to the aged & for relaxation to serious illness or injury.

I practice Bowtech which is the Original Bowen Technique. Bowen Therapy is a gentle form of body work in which very subtle moves are performed over the muscles & connective tissue which send messages deep into the body, retrieving cellular memory of a preferred, relaxed, balanced way of wellbeing. Results can be remarkable, even from the first session; often only a few sessions are needed to correct the presenting problem. Bowen should be considered for:
Back pain & sciatica
Digestive & bowel problems including IBS
Ear-ache, ear infections & migraines
Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome
Knee, ankle & foot problems
Menstrual & hormonal irregularities
Neck & shoulder problems including frozen shoulder
Groin pain, pelvic tilt & uneven leg length
respiratory problems & hay fever
RSI, carpal tunnel syndrome & tennis elbow

Thanks to all who have offered me their bodies for my continued training.
My offer still stands at 2 for 1 as I still have lots of hours to fulfill my requirements.
Next stage is in 2 weeks time. Can't wait to learn more.

Next weekend I start my study for Diploma in Bowen Therapy.
It is very exciting.
It will take approx 12 months to complete the course with 3 monthly hands on training & ongoing real life practice.
I will be needing lots of willing clients & am offering an opportunity for anyone to either experience Bowen for the first time or just enjoy the benefits of Bowen by taking advantage of my training sessions at an amazing 2 for one offer if you bring along a friend or family member.
The 2 treatments must be carried out at the same time but can be either friends, family, old, young, male, female.
