I love the power of a healthy body and mind- this is a beautiful, heartfelt post from one of my client’s Leith Buck wife Hayley Buck about another life changing goal he has achieved 💥 such a privilege to be able to support people on whatever journey they are on!

Sunday morning was truly unforgettable as my incredible husband Leith was celebrated by our health community and friends for achieving a monumental milestone. What was once kept quiet and not shared was finally out. Witnessing him stand tall, sharing his journey, and receiving love and support, brought me to tears - not just of joy, but of profound admiration for the strong, healthier man he's become. Leith is now 7 weeks smoke-free. After years of struggling to break free from the grip of smoking and trying lots of different methods, this time something was different- his mindset!

This is the power of our incredible program and community we have been apart of for the last year 🥰 Truly life changing.
