DELICIOUS KALE SMOOTHIE | YUM πŸ˜‹ DELICIOUS KALE SMOOTHIE | YUM

| INGREDIENTS |
2 cups lightly packed chopped kale leaves
1 frozen medium banana
1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup frozen pineapple pieces
2 tablespoons peanut butter

| DIRECTIONS |
1. Place all ingredients (kale, almond milk, banana, yogurt, pineapple, peanut butter, and honey) in a blender in the order listed.
2. Blend until smooth. Add more milk as needed to reach desired consistency.

BASIC BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE | YUMMY πŸ‘‡πŸ˜†

| INGREDIENTS |
1 Β½ cups to 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk or water
1 Β½ cups frozen blueberries
1 Β½ cup frozen bananas (I freeze my bananas in Β½β€³ slices)
ΒΌ cup almond butter
Optional nutrition boosters: ΒΌ cup old-fashioned oats and/or 2 tablespoons flax seed
1 to 2 teaspoons maple syrup, if necessary (I usually don’t need it)

| DIRECTIONS |
1. Blend on low until the blender gains traction, then ramp up to the highest speed as soon as possible (or if your blender has a smoothie function, that will work great). Stop to scrape down the sides or add more milk if necessary.
2. Once the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy, taste it and blend in maple syrup if you’d like a sweeter smoothie. Divide the smoothie into 2 glasses. Serve immediately!

1 medium ripe avocado halved and pitted
2 cups spinach

RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL | HEALTHY πŸ˜‹ πŸ‘‡

| INGREDIENTS |
1 c. frozen raspberries
1/2 peeled, cooked beet
6 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
Assorted berries, chopped roasted almonds, granola, for serving

| DIRECTIONS |
In a blender, puree raspberries, beet, and almond milk until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with berries, almonds, and granola if desired.
