🚀 We’re launching two new “Special Projects” classes - focused sessions with a little extra time, a little extra attention, and one clear goal: help you build skills you don’t always get to properly train in a standard class.

1) Strength Foundations — Bodyweight Training

Strength Foundations is our technique-led strength class using rings and simple bodyweight drills to build real upper-body and core strength — without lifting weights.

Expect a structured session working both push + pull patterns (rows, push-ups, hangs and support holds), plus core control. Everything is scalable, beginner-friendly, and instructed with a strong focus on form.

This is not a yoga class. It’s a workout 🙏

Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 11 am with & .yogisthenics
