Allira in Seoul for Korea Derma 2025
When we say that continuous education is in our DNA, this is exactly what we mean.
Last week, our brilliant clinician Allira travelled to South Korea to attend Korea Derma 2025, one of the leading global conferences in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
She was accompanied by Philipp Willmann, Director of Beauty Technology ANZ (.anz), who shares our passion for combining clinical excellence with the latest global innovations.
For anyone in our field, Korea is a beacon of innovation. Not just because of their advanced technology, but because of how deeply beauty, wellness, and precision medicine are interwoven in their approach.
It’s skin-deep, yes, but also soul-deep. There’s a philosophy behind it.
Allira spent her time immersed in:
🧠 New technologies and clinical protocols, observing how Korea’s layered, routine-based approach continues to raise the global benchmark.
💡 Hands-on learning from some of the industry’s most respected thought leaders.
🏥 A visit to the clinic of Dr Nark Kyoung Rho (), where she was welcomed into a 3-hour session exploring the tools, treatment principles and clinical reasoning that guide his approach.
🏢 A behind-the-scenes tour of .medical HQ , one of the epicentres of cutting-edge aesthetic RandD.
🍲 And of course, absorbing the beauty of Korean culture, where self-care and lifestyle are treated as a whole.
What struck Allira the most was the intention behind everything, every protocol, every step, every treatment is designed to support not just appearance, but long-term skin health and patient wellbeing.
She came back inspired and full of ideas for how we can apply those learnings here at home, especially around prevention, skin texture refinement, and non-invasive rejuvenation.
No trend-chasing. Just thoughtful evolution.
We’re incredibly proud of her commitment, curiosity, and the generous way she shares knowledge with the rest of our team.
It’s practitioners like her who keep this industry moving forward with integrity, evidence, and care.
Can’t wait to show you more of what she brought home with her.
