In this session I’m working on:
-TFL & ITB with specific soft tissue + ART
-Dry needling to calm down hyperactive trigger points
-Electro dry needling to reset muscle tone and improve activation
-Cupping along the lateral quad/ITB line to improve blood flow and tissue glide
The goal isn’t just to “loosen the ITB”, but to:
✅ Reduce pain and tension
✅ Restore hip control
✅ Help the knee track and move better when running, squatting or changing direction
