I’m beyond excited to launch this workshop and share some sound knowledge with you all. �And to meet people that want to nerd out about sound as much as I do!
In this workshop we’re going to:
🌀 Explore basic concepts of sound healing, including dispelling some of the pseudoscience that gets thrown around a lot in the sound healing world
🌀Talk about harmony and disharmony and it’s important role
🌀 Learn what certain instruments do and their impact on the body, mind and spirit
🌀 Plus the most exciting part, you’ll get some hands-on practice learning how to use some sound healing instruments
