🌟International Men’s Day Spotlight 🌟

This International Men’s Day, we’re celebrating one of our amazing Support Workers at Support Solutions Australia, Ben.

Ben’s enthusiasm, kindness and can-do attitude brighten every space he walks into. He takes immense pride in building meaningful relationships and supporting participants to achieve their goals, always going above and beyond to make a difference.

Over the years, Ben has supported more than 20 Independent Living Option (ILO) moves, often becoming the heart (and the muscle!) of the operation. From transporting furniture to setting up new homes, his dedication helps participants start the next chapter of their lives with confidence and comfort.

Outside of work, Ben is a hands-on creator, mechanic and model car enthusiast. He brings those same practical skills into his role, helping participants settle into their new homes, assemble furniture, patch walls, paint, deep clean, or maintain their spaces. Ben is always the first to step up and support both participants and our team.

Operations Manager Irene describes him best: “Ben is incredibly versatile, practical and always hands on, but above all, he is kind and caring.”

We’re so lucky to have Ben as part of our team. 💙
