Carinity Fassifern Community Centre is grateful to be a charity recipient of Rods Inc. Brisbane car club.

A donation presented at the club's 2025 Festival of Wheels event contributes to the ongoing support our centre provides to the Fassifern region.

Rods Inc. Brisbane was founded in 1964 as a pre-1949 car club. In 2022, members voted to allow classic cars and custom cars, up to and including 1978, to be included in the club.

One of the club's most passionate causes is to provide support to various charities. They have been able to do this by using proceeds raised from various fundraising efforts.

Carinity Fassifern Community Centre recently bid farewell to our administration officer extraordinaire, Kathy.

After 13 years with us here in Boonah, Kathy is moving on to commence the next chapter in her career.

Her dedication to our community members, clients, staff and families has left a lasting impression and she will be deeply missed by many.
