This afternoons women’s retreat was intimate in the most beautiful way… We laughed, we chatted, we cried, and we softened.
We shared snacks, stories, and pieces of ourselves we don’t always let the world see.

The Descent wasn’t about becoming more, it was about gently peeling things back. Letting go of the noise, the pressure, the expectations, and coming home to who you are underneath it all.

Tonight we filled the space at Country Soul Collective in Kalbar with paint and laughter 🤭

Art therapy is so great for our nervous systems, without even realising it, we are self regulating 🙏🏻
