Alkalize - Your key to optimal health

The body is alkaline by design but acidic by function. Nutritional doctors & naturopaths now agree that illness & disease are directly linked to over-acidity in the system. The main causes of acidityin the body are stress, diet, dehydration, toxicity (heavy metals & environmental toxins). The ideal diet should consist of 80% alkalizing foods & 20% acidifying foods. Once food is ingested & metabolized an ash is created. This is either acidic ash or an alkaline ash. Citrus tastes acidic but leaves an alkaline residue. Making a few changes in your diet can result in vast improvement in your health. Drink 2-3 litres daily of ionized alkaline, restructured water with an ORP of -150mv. PLEASE NOTE: All values are approximate. Food becomes more acidic if it is chemically grown, processed with preservatives, cooked or prepared with white sugar. Organic is best, Biodynamic is better. Eat as much raw food as possible. (again, the 80/20 rule is ideal)
