Helloooooo !!!!

Because I’m super s**t at keeping two facebook & insta accounts going I have decided to focus on one page only, this will be my personal page.

So i want to share a piece of ugly art !

This piece was created yesterday, here’s the back story.

Sunday night i had a terrible sleep as my arms lost all feeling due to severe arthritis in my upper back that had pinched a nerve.

Trying to function properly without feeling in my hands was difficult, i got the necessities done but had a terrible guilt not being able to do everything.

Sitting at my desk, I thought i would try to put something on paper.

Not having complete control over the mediums was a mental struggle, so, i surrendered to the urge to take control & let go.
This is what came of it.
I’m sharing this to bring awareness of the importance of creating through adversity, the importance of letting go of the mind, social structures & the need for perfection.

Lessons were learnt, things were overcome !!

As the new year begins, Reiki reminds us of the importance of taking time out, rather than constantly pushing forward.

Healing comes from coming back to yourself.

Reiki works through stillness and presence. It allows the body to settle and the mind to clear.

Sometimes, beginning again simply means allowing yourself to be supported as you move into the year ahead.

In the Norse mindset, this wasn’t chaos. It was clarity. The instant when confusion breaks, when a problem resolves itself not by force, but by understanding. Dagaz marks transformation that’s already complete the moment it’s seen.

This rune is about:
Awakening and realisation
Balance between opposites
A turning point that can’t be undone
Dagaz doesn’t warn. It reveals.

Dagaz is the second after dawn — when you realise the dark is already over.
