Today we celebrate International Women’s Day, and take a moment to acknowledge the incredible women who shape our children, our families, and our community. 💜🌸

At Bracken Ridge Kindergarten, we are continuously inspired by the women around us — the mothers, aunties, sisters, nannas, grandmothers, carers, educators and friends, who nurture, guide and uplift the children in their lives every day.

Each woman brings her own story, culture, wisdom and strength, helping to create the caring and connected community we are so proud of.

Today we celebrate the uniqueness of women, and the many ways they support, inspire and advocate for the children of today and the future of tomorrow.

💚 Grateful Hearts & Sustainable Starts! 🌿

We are so excited to share a beautiful community connection with our FB families!

A huge THANK YOU to Nook from Gumbuya Community Garden for helping us keep our shredded paper out of landfill. Instead of becoming waste, our paper will now be recycled back into the earth — supporting the community gardens and staying eco-friendly and sustainable. What an incredible full-circle moment! ♻️🌱

We are so grateful for this meaningful connection and for the time Nook spent with us today sharing her farm and compost wisdom. Your knowledge, guidance, and passion for sustainability truly inspire us.

Today we received the final report from our Assessment and Rating conducted by the Department of Education. We are absolutely thrilled to share that Bracken Ridge Kindergarten has been rated Exceeding!

This is a wonderful achievement and a reflection of the dedication, passion, and professionalism of our incredible team. I want to sincerely thank each member of staff for the exceptional work they do every single day.

A heartfelt thank you also goes to our families for your ongoing support, trust, and partnership throughout the year. This result truly represents our whole community.
