John is a purpose-driven leader who has dedicated his career to serving the community and advancing values-based leadership across the health and community sectors.

As a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, John brings extensive experience in leading organisational change and community-focused initiatives. His background includes senior roles with organisations such as Encircle Community Services and the Uniting Church in Australia, where he worked to create inclusive, supportive environments for individuals, families and communities.

Here is our top 5 tips for staying cool this summer:
💧 Sip before you're thirsty: Your thirst signal fades with age, so drink on a schedule!
🍉 Eat your water: Snack on watermelon, cucumber, and strawberries.
🍋 Mix it up: Add lemon or mint to water if you find plain water boring.
🏺 Keep it close: Keep a jug next to your favourite chair so you don't have to get up to refill.
