🌻Offerings TONIGHT🌻

Hi all,

This is for anyone needing some healing, rest, and peace.

Please come join me tomorrow night at the Briagolong Mechanics Hall for an immersive and therapeutic experience that cocoons you with sound vibrations, where you can let go and go deep into relaxation.

It’s an opportunity for self care, to love thyself.

Cost: FREE or by donation (jar will be left at entrance).
Where: BRIAGOLONG MECHANICS HALL
Time: Saturday 4th October, 6:30-8pm
🌻🌻Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, pillow, arrive in loose fitted warm clothing and socks.

Please let me know if you are coming as this space can only hold up to 47 spaces ☺️
If you need a yoga mat please let me know as I have 20 to spare 🙏

🫶Just under two weeks ago I held space for three kind, brave, compassionate and respectful men at The Hive Holistic Health Centre in Sale. It was a powerful journey for each of them and one that they each leaned into with courage.

🫶Men are showing up and doing the work first for themselves, which then has a ripple effect on their families and friends and the wider community.

🫶I do individual, couple or group sessions, and if you have any queries, questions please don’t hesitate to ask ☺️
