In the quiet moments of struggle or self-doubt, it’s easy to forget that we don’t have to do it all alone.

At WYLD Women, we believe in the power of women coming together - not to compete, but to lift, support, and walk beside one another. This is a space where your story is seen, your voice is valued, and your growth is celebrated.

🤍 Whether you're blooming or just beginning to bud, you belong here.

Tag a woman who walks beside you, uplifts you, or simply reminds you of your strength. Let's rise together 🤍

Are you always on the go like an 'energizer bunny'?

We live in a world that glorifies hustle and constant productivity - but your worth has never been measured by how much you achieve.

At WYLD Women, we believe that rest is a powerful, necessary part of healing and wholeness. It’s in the stillness that we reconnect with our inner wisdom, find clarity and remember what truly matters.

Today, we invite you to pause.

Breathe deeply.

Let go of the need to do or be anything more than you already are.

What does rest look like for you right now?
A walk in nature, a cup of tea, five minutes of silence?

My heart is so full of gratitude for the beautiful and amazing women that came and sat in circle on Sunday, weaving our stories together.

It never ceases to amaze me how similar our stories and experiences are, and how deeply we need to hear and share those same stories and experiences with other women in a safe and confidential container, free of judgement and with open hearts.

Holding these spaces is a reminder of how much this type of connection is missing in our busy lives and I am honoured to be able to provide these spaces for women in our community.

If you feel this is something you need in your life, you are welcome to join our next "Weaving Women's Stories" circle on Sunday April 27 - more deets to follow x

My journey from burnout to recovery
The impact of chronic stress ...

Are you aware of what happens to your body when you're in a state of stress? What does it feel like to you? For many, stress manifests as a physical and mental overload - something I know all too well

Several years ago, I experienced severe burnout after being stuck in a state of chronic stress, aka ‘survival mode’. I didn’t feel good in my mind or body, and looking back, I can clearly see the impact it had on me …

• I wasn’t sleeping well, often waking up feeling utterly exhausted
• I felt disconnected and dissociated from my body, as if I were simply going through the motions of life
• My mind was constantly overthinking, catastrophising even the smallest of issues
• I turned to alcohol to numb myself and escape the constant mental chaos
• My thoughts were clouded by brain fog and I lived in a state of constant anxiety
• I was barely functioning, doing only the bare minimum to get through each day
• From the outside I looked completely fine, but inside I was far from okay

Does any of this sound familiar to you?

It took me a good six to eight months to decompress from this relentless state of stress. I made major life changes - I quit my job, changed my eating habits, gave up alcohol and started moving my body daily. Slowly, I began to tune back into my body, recognising how it reacted to stressful triggers and learning how to bring my nervous system back to a state of calm

One of the most important lessons I learned during this journey was to put myself first. I started filling my own cup, setting boundaries, and learning to say ‘no’ - a difficult step for a former people-pleaser and chronic fixer! I also began to recognise my triggers and notice when I was slipping back into old, unhealthy patterns

Recovering from long-term stress wasn’t easy. It required deep self-reflection, forcing me to evaluate what I was allowing in my life, how I spoke to myself, and what I believed to be true about myself and my life situation. But this journey taught me how essential it is to prioritise your mental, emotional, and physical well-being

You don’t have to endure stress and burnout on your own. This weekend, we have a one-day retreat designed just for you my love - to help you reconnect with yourself, replenish your reserves, and learn practical techniques to bring your nervous system back to a calm and peaceful state of being. We’ve got you ♥

I invite you to take this opportunity to step away from survival mode and start thriving again - https://www.facebook.com/share/ADpsAVVfUSUb5phR/ - there are only a couple of spots left – pm for more info

Blessings, Tania xo
