I’ve had enough.

This seems to be the common catch cry of the perimenopausal woman.

I was so surprised and shocked TBH 😳

The day I was told a woman could be in perimenopause anytime from 35 onward.

Yep… it’s true and I was right there!!!

After 35 years of age our hormones change and that’s when the ball starts rolling

And often it’s a snowball that turns into an avalanche 🏔️

Anxiety, mood swings, body changes.

Questioning… who am I and what the hell is happening?

But before you start to panic

I invite you to take a big deep breath in, relax your shoulders and belly and remind yourself it’s ok.

🩷 snuggle up really close with your cycle- honour your bodies need for rest and get to know it real well! (There’s a map right there)

I’ve found the menopause silver bullet!!

Now that I’ve got your attention!

I’m noticing a common thread with women and navigating perimenopause and menopause.

🥁 HRT

🥁 Oh and their husband chewing their food 😆

Now we all know there’s probably not a lot we can do about how your husband chews.. (shout out to all the chewing husbands who are super supportive as your partner is literally losing her mind!)

Women are reporting that symptoms are getting better on HRT
