We have embraced the new season of Autumn in Adelaide 2026 with a welcome change of rain.

Embracing Wellness is welcoming you also to immerse yourself in a Reiki Stillness session with me from my private and very quiet home practice.

Looking after yourself and your whole spirit requires regular attention away from the very busy pace to hear what is truly happening within.

I am an experienced professional practitioner with an approach of understanding your personal needs and requirements.

🌸🌸🌸I love these festive season hot beverages to celebrate with especially for you and your loved ones.

Classic Hot Chocolate – Heat 1 cup milk with 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp sugar, and ¼ tsp vanilla; stir until smooth.

Spiced Gingerbread Latte – Brew 1 cup coffee, add ½ cup milk, 1 tbsp molasses, ¼ tsp ginger, ¼ tsp cinnamon, and a pinch nutmeg.

Golden Turmeric Milk – Simmer 1 cup milk with ½ tsp turmeric, ¼ tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp honey, and a pinch black pepper.

Peppermint Mocha – Mix 1 cup hot coffee with 2 tbsp chocolate syrup, ¼ tsp peppermint extract, and ¼ cup steamed milk.

Apple Cider Spice Drink – Heat 1 cup apple juice with 1 cinnamon stick, 2 cloves, and 1 thin orange slice.

Vanilla Chai Latte – Brew 1 cup chai tea, add ½ cup milk, 1 tsp vanilla syrup, and 1 tsp sugar.

Honey Lemon Ginger Tea – Steep 1 tsp grated ginger in 1 cup hot water, add 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Coconut Cardamom Milk – Warm 1 cup coconut milk with ¼ tsp cardamom and 1 tsp jaggery or sugar.

Nutmeg White Hot Chocolate – Heat 1 cup milk with 2 tbsp white chocolate, ¼ tsp nutmeg, and ¼ tsp vanilla.

It’s now this beautiful new summer season 2025, our first most hottest day today forecast to be in our city of Adelaide.

Summer is about celebrating our festive season with family, friends and community.
Summer asks us to hydrate well, protect our skin by wearing hats and sunscreen.
Protect our animals and wild life from the hazards that can occur in our summer season.

Summer reflection.

It’s an ongoing relationship, one that asks for patience, compassion and the courage to keep listening, to your inner voice.
Each time you show up for yourself, no matter how small the action, you strengthen that trust.

Hawayo Hiromi Kawamura Takata (24 December 1900 – 11 December 1980)

45 years ago today, Hawayo Takata passed through the veil separating this world and that of the ancestors, less than two weeks before her eightieth birthday.

45 years earlier (11 December 1935), Takata was attending her second day of Reiki training at the Hayashi Reiki Kenkyūkai, learning the spiritual therapy to which she would then dedicate her life.

Her 45 years of devotion to Reiki transformed the practice from an obscure Japanese healing art to one poised to become a truly global phenomenon with millions of practitioners worldwide.

If Reiki has touched your life or the life of someone you love, take a moment to remember this remarkable woman and express gratitude for her hard work that made this all possible 🙏
