My days always look different, there are things I do daily which are my non-negotiables but I switch things up depending on my mood, my cycle, what time I wake, what I have going on at work, mum duties, school activities, etc.

The freedom to live this way is my biggest blessing, and really is the reason I feel so aligned because I have the space and time to always check in with myself 🙏💕

💦 We know how important hydration is for optimal health, but cellular hydration specifically refers to the water levels within the cells and when this is optimal our overall health, waste removal, and defence against stress is ideal!

Optimal cellular hydration can be achieved through structured water (or water that has alive nutrients in it), natural electrolytes, and a nutrient rich diet.

The past 4 months I have been focusing on cellular hydration and both my body, and mind can feel the difference, these are some of my favourite drinks that are structured and high in vitamins & minerals 💕 Plus they are delicious xx

I’ve felt numb to socials for some time now, not knowing how to show up when I felt ‘off’.

We connect on retreat when we are vulnerable and honest with our experiences. So that’s exactly how I’m going to show up here, with honesty, integrity, and how I would speak to my close friends 💕☺️

What are you doing when no one’s watching?

Yes social media is mostly a highlight reel. Of course everything is not always peachy keen.

But every day you are given 2 choices:

1) you can use your precious energy to worry, compare, feel behind, not enough, or…

2) you can use your energy to believe, laugh, nourish, create, manifest, heal, grow, and savour your life!

Your energy is your MOST PRECIOUS resource, how are you supporting it?! How are you tending to your most precious resource?!

It’s no surprise that I am a MASSIVE fan of journaling 🙏 It has been a non negotiable part of my everyday routine for 10 years plus!

For me journaling has been the biggest tool in self reflection, awareness, and making moves towards bigger dreams.

Everything I have created in my reality was once first written down in one of journals 🥹

I found one of my journals from 10 years ago and it said ‘ One day I will be a yoga teacher and run the most beautiful yoga retreats’…. Well here we are 💕

So I’ve decided to start a weekly journaling prompt series every Sunday!

I hope you take a moment or two to answer these questions either in your journal or in your head, you never know what may come of it! Xx
