Thriving this festive season isn’t about perfection — it’s about balance and compassion. ✨

At Every-Bodies Dietetics, we’re all about helping you nourish your body and enjoy the moments that matter.

A few gentle reminders as you head into the festive season:

✔ Don’t skip meals — regular eating supports energy and helps prevent the ‘all or nothing’ mindset.
💧 Stay hydrated — especially between festive drinks.
🍽 Balance your plate — include protein, fibre-rich foods, colour, and of course, the foods you truly enjoy.
🧠 Mindful, not perfect — notice hunger, satisfaction and enjoyment, without judgment.
💛 Be kind to yourself — food is connection, tradition and joy… not something to earn or make up for.

Give yourself permission to enjoy this season fully, and remember that one day, one event, or one plate doesn’t define your health.

If you’ve ever stood in the supermarket wondering whether to choose Bega Peanut Butter or Bega Simply Nuts, you’re not alone!

Here’s the quick breakdown 👇
Bega Peanut Butter – the classic option, but it often includes unnecessary extras like added sugar, salt and vegetable oils.
Bega Simply Nuts – made from 100% Australian peanuts, with no added oils or sugar. Just peanuts (and a little salt, if you choose it) — exactly what peanut butter should be.

To keep everyone healthy this festive season, remember:
👉 Keep cold foods below 5°C
👉 Keep hot foods above 60°C
👉 Follow the 2-hour/4-hour rule:

• If food has been out for less than 2 hours → Use immediately, or keep at or below 5°C, or at or above 60°C
• Between 2–4 hours → Use immediately
• More than 4 hours → Throw away
