✔ Don’t skip meals — regular eating supports energy and helps prevent the ‘all or nothing’ mindset.
💧 Stay hydrated — especially between festive drinks.
🍽 Balance your plate — include protein, fibre-rich foods, colour, and of course, the foods you truly enjoy.
🧠 Mindful, not perfect — notice hunger, satisfaction and enjoyment, without judgment.
💛 Be kind to yourself — food is connection, tradition and joy… not something to earn or make up for.
