Changing the world starts with ONE person (maybe YOU). 👀

Inspiring Humanity to Love ... starts on the inside, being loving and then sharing that love with the world. 🌏

Over the weekend, I was privileged to share 'The LOVE Workshop' is this humble, little hall set in the stunning Numinbah Valley, Gold Coast hinterland, with 32 beautiful, courageous souls. 💕

I say courageous, because it takes something to lower the masks, drop the ego and facades, and be real, raw, authentic and vulnerable. 🔥

I felt both immensely humbled and honoured. 🙏

When I was younger, I was always in a hurry, rushing from one deadline to the next, looking very busy and (I thought) important.

These days, my approach to life is more calm and relaxed.

I'm still achieve a lot, but I take time out for me. I walk in nature. I sit under shady trees. I meditate. I appreciate the 'little things' and laugh at myself more often.

And funny thing is ... I'm more productive than my younger 'wheel spinning' days.

Some people want more money. Others, a loving relationship or partner. Some, want better health, etc.

These are 'means to an end'.

Bottom line, most just want to be happy! 🙂

And happiness is not a destination ... it's a verb (doing word). It's a choice you repeatedly make, hundreds of times every day ... whether to feel happy (or otherwise).

Having said that, remember it's okay to NOT feel happy. It's okay to feel sad, upset, angry ... and happy! Emotions are like the colours on a canvas, that give your painting (life) depth and meaning. 🥰

Life is a bit like the weather ... we can't control what comes, but we determine how we react to it.

Rainbows wouldn't exist is it wasn't for the rain and moisture in the air. What 'rainbows' (gifts) are present in your life - due to 'challenging' circumstances?

The first step to receiving these 'gifts' is to become AWARE of them. 🌈👀

Today, I saw a platypus (wild in nature) and was reminded how special it is to be DIFFERENT - which inspired today's post.

If a platypus is anything - they're certainly different and comfortable with their uniqueness. Gotta love that. 💕
