The energy of the full moon is all about letting go of energies, belief systems, and people that now hold you back from moving into the next phase of your life. It is the ending of one cycle in preparation of a new one.

Think about a lit cauldron (or if you have a real one, light it up 🔥) and throw in there anything and everything that no longer serves your highest good.

It may be habits, behaviours, belief systems, negative thoughts and situations.

As you think of what you want to let go of, picture them being thrown into the cauldron and going up in flames.

Doing this process allows your mind to visually comprehend that these are things that you no longer want or need in your life.

This full moon, I am letting go of fear, sadness and grief that I have carried around for too long.
