I’ve got a few spots open and would love to support anyone who’s feeling a little stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to reconnect—with themselves, their goals, and their inner strength.

🧠 Online counselling sessions (50 mins) – available across Australia
🥋 In-person sessions (75 mins) – held here in Kangaroo Point by the river, blending talk therapy with optional martial arts-based movement (no experience needed—just an open heart & willingness to show up for yourself)

My mission with On Point Mind and Movement is all about creating long-lasting, positive impact through real connection and practical tools that support mental clarity, emotional regulation, and self-worth.
