Hello, and welcome back to Inhale Exhale 🌿
Providing gentle one on one support sessions.

It’s been quiet here for a while — that pause was intentional. Over the past couple of years, my own journey has deepened: in listening, in slowing down, and in understanding how much our nervous systems carry when life asks a lot of us.

Inhale Exhale has always been about creating space to breathe, and that intention feels more true now than ever.

Here, I offer gentle, client-led sessions for anyone feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, burnt out, or simply needing a safe place to land. This is a space to slow down, be heard, and reconnect with yourself — without pressure to fix or change anything.

Sessions will grow to include:
• Walk & Talk support
• Reiki (in-person or distant)
• Mindfulness and grounding practices
• Breathing techniques
• Nervous system awareness and regulation
• Inner child awareness and
self-compassion practices
• Home visits for support

Sessions are paced with care, consent, and respect for where you’re at. You’re always in control, and support is offered within clear, ethical boundaries.

I’m gently reopening this space and will be sharing more soon.

Physical pain can often be linked to our emotions and trauma, with the pain changing or moving when we focus on it, pain is our body's way of communicating with us; if it's severe, it means we haven't been listening or giving that part of ourselves the love and acknowledgment it needs. Instead of just taking pain ‘killers’ to silence the pain, we should understand that our body is trying to tell us something important and this should not be silenced or ignored.

This week, take time to explore your pain.

Ask yourself: What is your pain trying to tell you? Why is it demanding attention? What does your body need you to understand? Rebuild your relationship with your body by listening intently and offering it the care it deserves. ❤️
