Virtual staging isn’t new, but the rise of AI-generated imagery has changed the conversation. Speed and cost matter, but trust matters more.
When staging is done poorly, it can misrepresent a space, set the wrong expectations and ultimately work against sellers, landlords and buyers.

Digital inspections are changing the way people view properties.

People are exploring properties when it works for them, around their jobs, families and routines. And while evenings dominate, with 58% of digital inspection views happening outside traditional inspection hours, the data shows meaningful engagement happening at many different points throughout the day, with a steady rise in unique viewers from 9:00am–3:00pm. And the strongest engagement window is between 4:00pm–9:00pm, peaking at 6.6% at 8:00pm, long after traditional inspection hours.

Digital Inspections give buyers the freedom to inspect when it suits them and give agents exposure far beyond what’s possible in standard viewing windows – they aren’t just convenient they help agents reach buyers when it matters most.
