Do you still look like your profile picture?

After spending so many years profiling criminals, I can’t help but notice trends.

I’ve noticed of late a trend between how people look in their profile photos (usually in their prime) and how they look now

What’s yours like?

Now I understand life happens and sometimes things are beyond our control

There is however plenty within our control to speak to

So I’m speaking to the ones who can do something about it, but choose not to.

For now anyway

It doesn’t need to be different

The you that you present in the profile photo can be the you that you present year round.

If you’ve put some weight on

If you’re run down

If you’re lacking energy and vitality

If you’re feeling the heat of the year that has been

If you’re not sure if you could defend your family if you needed to

I may have strayed a little far from the profile photo…

But that’s what a good coach does

They dig

They find out what you really mean

Then help you get there

That’s what I spend my weeks doing

And I LOVE it

Nathan dropped 21 kilograms, has mitigated his risk of heart attacks (one of which he had!) and got a new system of operating for his physical and mental fitness.

His family life, career life and his own relationship with himself has had dramatic improvements during the coaching process.

His confidence, ability to withstand pressure and mindset on things that used to stress him out (now they seem more normal) are all pieces of feedback he expressed simply by having his body and mind operating at a much higher level.

It’s amazing what stripping the fat, building lean muscle and getting disciplined does to your mindset.

You may be a fasting person. Probably not forever.

You may be a diet person. Probably not forever.

You may be a ‘in my busy period person’. Probably not forever.

Find the way to do it for a long time and start doing it now.
