Annabelle Hart ~ HART AWAKENING Soul Purpose is to support Self and All to transform traumas into treasures.

Annabelle has experienced varying traumas (from a very young age), in relation to sexual abuse, r**e, dissociation, anxiety, depression, grief, substance abuse and more.

For over 8 years, Annabelle has been working with varying Holistic practices to integrate such experiences, in order to transform these traumas into treasures (within herself) and is now calling on her qualifications in these Magickal Medicines, to support others to do the same in themselves.

Life is a dance and balance between polarities.

When we come to know this, we see how our deepest wounds are really our most Divine sources of Wisdom.

Annabelle supports those who may be feeling dis-empowered (in perpetrator, victim or rescuer roles), to shake and shift these old stories and to Dream a new way of BE~ing into reality, for oneself and for All.
