Normally when I travel, I make plans for my plans - lists, spots to see, places to try, food to eat... and there was no space for rest. And just be.

We live in a world that teaches us to treat rest like a reward, not a right.
But our bodies don’t need more achievement.

So this time… I did the opposite.
No plans. No to-dos. Nothing.
I let myself be.

Sometimes the deepest reset comes from doing nothing and remembering you’re still enough.

But to be honest… when a girl I’d just met asked what I’d been doing all morning, I felt this weird sensation in my body.
I had to say it out loud: ‘nothing… I did nothing.’
And it didn’t feel right.
It showed me how deeply my body is conditioned to believe that rest needs justification.

So this is something I’m learning too — that doing nothing is still ‘doing something.’
And it’s more than okay.
(And no, she didn’t judge me at all.)

Yesterday I celebrated my first year working as a Dietitian at Camp Hill Physiotherapy & Exercise Centre.
And honestly, what a year it has been!

I met so many lovely people: the team I work with every week, and the wonderful clients who sat in front of me looking for clarity, support and a way to feel better in their bodies.

There were deep conversations, quiet moments, a few tears… and so many smiles at the end of sessions when things finally started to make sense.

There was a mix of symptoms, emotions, challenges, and a lot of improvement too.
Not just on the scale, but in energy, digestion, confidence, sleep, and overall wellbeing.
These are the wins I’m most proud of.

I’m truly grateful for every person, every story, and every challenge this year brought.
All of it shaped me, both as a professional and as a human who cares deeply about the women she supports.

Time really does fly… and I’m ready for the next chapter 🙌🏼

If you want 2026 to feel calmer, lighter and more aligned — my door is open.

You can’t look at yourself from only one perspective - healthy nutrition, exercising, or any single habit - if you want to feel truly healthy and live in alignment with your body.

You’re a whole person.
A whole being.
All areas of your life matter.

This post is important to me because I’m one of those people who gets stressed… daily 🙄
And I know it’s high time to change that.

It’s the same thing I address with my clients... stress is one of the most challenging factors they mention.
It’s not unusual that women leave their first session with me holding a list of personalised recommendations to help them manage stress.
And honestly… it applies to about 90% of the women who sit in my chair.

Your body runs on hormones, and cortisol sits at the base of the entire hormonal pyramid.
When it’s out of balance, it can disrupt everything.

Your body needs to feel safe to heal.
To lose weight.
To feel good.

The more intense your life is, the more relaxation you need to balance it.

Do you have your own relaxing routine?

When you remove the habits that disconnect you from your body, balance will find you naturally 🤍

Hey love! 🧡
I see you. And I know - dieting culture sucks.
All those plans and “eat this, not that” rules you’ve tried before probably left you doubting yourself.

But hey! I’ve got the good news - you already know what doesn’t work for you and that means you’re halfway there!

Now it’s time to change the story. Rebuild your trust, your confidence, and your beliefs.

You CAN do it! And I’ll help you prove that to yourself.

Make a wish… and stay with me. We’re just getting started ✨

This space is where the real change begins.

So many things can affect how your body burns fat: age, hormones, alcohol, even stress.

Each of them is deep like a river 🌊

But let’s keep it simple this time, no overwhelm, just awareness 🤍

Would you add something else?

Hi loves! I hear you and I feel you.
You see all those women in their cute activewear and start feeling guilty for not going to the gym.

You say, “I need to go to the gym,” and I can already see the disappointment on your face.

No, you don’t need to. Absolutely not.
But yes — your body does need to move.

The gym is just the first thing that comes to mind when we think about “getting active” or “losing weight.”
And that’s okay — but if you feel it’s not your thing, don’t force it.

Find a way to move that you actually enjoy — something that blends into your life naturally and feels good, not like a punishment.

Because consistency will always take you further than forcing yourself into a routine you hate.

I don’t go to the gym regularly either. Never really did (okay, maybe except for a short 2-year phase with my sister and a PT back in Poland — but alone? Never happened 😄 thanks, sis 💕). I can do it occasionally, but it’s simply not my thing.

I love dancing, pilates, home workouts with my favourite YouTube girls, hikes, bush walks… and I fit them into my week whenever I can.

Find something you love doing — and drop it in the comments below.
Let’s take it as your little commitment to yourself 🤍

The original idea for this page was to share dietetic content and practical approaches that lead to real results.

But being a health professional, to me, means looking at health holistically.

Because the key to long-term wellbeing isn’t perfection — it’s finding your own balance.

Physical, mental, emotional.

These little “sins,” as some might call them, when done in moderation, actually make life more enjoyable.

Moreover, they can make it easier to stay consistent with your long-term goals!

Because if one dessert on Saturday or a small bowl of ice cream after dinner helps you stay on track longer,
why restrict yourself?

Do you agree? 💬👇🏼

Life is all about balance.

And you need to find yours.

If you feel like you’ve lost your balance somewhere along the way — I’m happy to guide you back to it.

All you need to do is to click the link in my BIO and book a session with me 🤍

Weight loss is focusing on numbers — don’t drink water, sweat a lot, take laxatives… and you’ll see your “dream” number on the scale.

But will that make you feel better?
Sorry, I doubt it.

Maybe the better solution is burning fat while maintaining (or building) muscle mass?
That’s where the real difference happens — and this, I can promise you.

⚠️ Weight loss and fat loss are two very different processes.

Weight loss can be quicker but it’s harder to maintain. Most of the time, you’re losing water and muscle. Your body then needs less energy to survive. That’s how the yo-yo effect works: you reach your number on the scale, go back to old routines, and gain back even more because your metabolism has slowed down.

Fat loss is slower but the reward is greater. Your body gets stronger, and you can maintain your results while eating the same (or sometimes even more) calories than before you started.

So… what do you choose?

06/10/2025

Okay, let’s be honest — getting older doesn’t make it easier.
Hormonal changes, natural loss of muscle, and more body fat… they’re all real.

Still, it’s never too late to put yourself first.
But - if you’re not caring for your health, you’re not really putting yourself first, do you?

Good health is the greatest gift you can give yourself.
But do you really need to lose it before you see its worth?

Let’s love ourselves. Let’s love our bodies for what they are.
And remember — caring is the highest act of love and respect.

I know you probably want me to give you the exact numbers…
1 week. 28 days. 3 months.

But I need to surprise you - I won’t give them to you 🙃

Why? Because numbers create expectations.
And the higher they are, the harder it gets.

You start comparing yourself to others:
“She lost it in 2 months… I’m not even halfway, what’s wrong with me?”
“They eat so much and look better than me — there must be something wrong with my body.”

Sound familiar? We all do this. But let’s be honest — does it ever actually help?

No. It just makes you miserable, hating your body more, and eventually giving up… until the next time.

Everybody’s different. There’s no “model timeline” for change. And if someone tries to sell you one, chances are it’s a marketing trick 🤷🏼‍♀️

Instead, let the stories of other powerful women just like you, inspire you!

This is all possible for you, too. In your own rhythm, in alignment with your body, and your lifestyle.

You are one and only. Remember that. And your journey is, too. 🤍
