The CQ team are back into it!!

After a quiet couple of months up North, on the back end of completing other projects and a little lull between new projects. We have had the pleasure of having the boys come down south to SEQ to experience some cooler weather for them.

Project 1. (commenced)

This week we will be commencing the new Boulder Creek Maranu Switchyard which is part of the Boulder Creek Windfarm. This project consists of 182 pad fooitings, 17 1350-2050mm diameter piers, 23 drainage bases, cable trenches and a work shop building. Thanky you to NF Corbett for having us again

Project 2. (commenced)

Weipa, AMRUN Rio Tinto site. FKG mobilising Spot On for the early works package. Completing a 2 and 1 roster in a full dry camp, with works on site until November 2026. Thanks FKG for trusting us with this one again

Project 3. (commenced)

SVDP Bundaberg, 3 x 3 level social housing apartments. with footings and columns already being completed, with suspended slabs to flow on after Christmas. Thanks to Bryant Building for having us again

Latest project award!!!

This new 20 story development consist of a huge raft core on ground with footings, with no basement!! The main build is a conventional build from ground to level 4.

Then it gets a little interesting..................

From level 5 to roof, this project turns to a modular system, which sees the introduction of a number of vertical precast panels and horizontal slab panels, with all the reinforcement being tied within the core vertical walls.

CHL Redbank at stages throughout. 700 tonne will be placed on this project, which is due top out before Christmas!

PROJECT AWARD!!

Spot On have been awarded the Multi Res devolopment project @ 65-67 Boundary St West End. This 7 story conventional build, is to kick off next week with K2 Projects.

This adds to a vast package of already commenced and awarded projects. This project will be our 4th ongoing project in West End itself, all within 3 streets of each other!!

This 10 story mixed use development project will hit basement 3 in the coming weeks, busy times ahead.

After completion of Bernborough Village Ascot Stage 2, Spot On have been awarded Stage 3!! With a massive ground works package, with the base for 3 tower structures, with 1 structure in full swing.

Works to commence first week of November!

PROJECT AWARD!!!

Spot On have this week been awarded HORIZON by Opalyn Property Group, located at 47 Marine Parade Redcliffe. Project consisting of dual Level basement, 8 Levels and roof structure with fully conventional reinforcement package, which are few and far between in the modern days.

Look forward to kicking this one off in the next couple of weeks and partnering up, once again with a former site manager from another client that has brought us along with reccomendation.

Spot On will commence the reinforcement to suspended decks to the new $55 million Chung Tian Temple located in Preistdale. Project will consist of 280 tonne of post tensioned decks and 40 tonne of vertical works.

Look forward to kicking this one off Monday with Richard Crookes Construction
