Huge thanks to everyone who joined the Flexibility class in the Big Hall yesterday! 🙌 It was amazing to meet new faces and welcome back familiar ones! Your energy and dedication always make these classes so special.
And for those of you who missed it – don’t worry! We’ve still got two more Flexibility classes left this year, and they’re the perfect chance to unwind and stretch before 2025 wraps up!

How often do you wait until you’re feeling tight or in pain before you think about stretching?
