A day late!
In these 16 Days of Activism, I’m calling in every voice from our CALD communities, especially our churches. 🧡
We deserve safety.
We deserve understanding.
We deserve a future where culture and Christianity are never used as a shield for abuse.
Our culture is beautiful. Our faith is powerful.
But abuse is not culture and abuse is not biblical.
As a community, let’s commit to learning, unlearning, and showing up as safe, supportive people.
Let’s learn about DV.
Let’s talk about digital abuse.
Let’s grow into safe people for our sisters, our brothers, and our children.
Safety begins with awareness.
Healing begins with truth.
Change begins with us.
Together, we can change the narrative and create a safer, stronger future for all. 🧡
