12 more days of lunchbox prep left. I have super tired kiddos and motivation is at an all time low. No more homebake - we are down to easy snacks and slap together lunches with whatever is on hand 🤣. For Japanese studies my eldest Nod’s class are having a bento box lunch today. With him not being a fan of the tofu option I made up this version of chicken karage and rice bento. crumbed chicken schnitzels from , rice, sushi and edamame, ginger and soy sauce 🍱 🍚 🥢

Hooray for Friday!
Today’s for the boys and I! crumbed chicken Sushi, juicy strawberries, cheese & crackers, mini rice cakes and bananas for fruit break. I have a garden salad and Greek yoghurt, strawberries and museli.

Hello Monday!
We made homemade burgers last night with the new Woolworths brand hamburger buns. One meat pattie left over so it’s off to school in the today!
