Super proud of my client who has worked sooo hard to get this physique and is still making improvements each week!
We did this without tracking calories or macros and with just good communication, I switched up her routine a bit aswell after the build phase so we could work on the symmetry and it really paid off, a fair bit less quads and more hamstrings. We new it was time to finally cut as she has a big photoshoot soon and also she is now having brands reaching out interested to work with her, so we thought it’s definitely time to try get her in as best shape as possible and really step it up
I also got her to do abs 3x per week post workout and incline walking as cardio, anywhere between 10-40 mins per day, each day she’d ask me how much to do and I told her what I thought was best, now currently just 10-15 mins post workout and 30 mins on rest day.
For diet, it’s hard to track so I told her what foods we can avoid for less inflammation / bloating and also making sure we always keep protein high.
I can honestly say Atlanta is one of the hardest at pushing in the gym I’ve ever seen in person, especially watching her do barbell squats without a spotter, it takes serious courage to do them last couple reps where it even looks like she won’t make it up but she pushes through, she also managed to get to huge weights on many lifts and has done PBs of 200kg hip thrust too. She trusts the process and listens well and I can see her going super far and many opportunities will come her way 💪🏽
