It wasn’t easy but it’s all I really ever wanted, which is to be the best coach I can be and make the biggest impact on people’s lives and now it’s all happened, the feeling when someone sends you a paragraph about how much you have changed their lives forever is unexplainable.
I am still young and not slowing down so I’m excited to see how far I can take this. Everyday from the second I wake up to when I try to wind down at around 10/10:30 at night I’m switched on trying to grow my businesses and help my clients as much as possible. I want them to have the best experience with me and actually have a life changing impact as time goes on.
7 years now of female only coaching, almost 8 but I have been coaching since 14. It started off as male and female and soon it will be both again with my male app being created as we speak, i will have a seperate app/business/page for male coaching. 50,000+ 4 week programs sold now and estimated 4,800-5,100 group classes taken by me, I can’t tell you all how appreciative I am 🙏🎀

Super proud of my client who has gone from 69kg down to 62kg with me, we are almost finished our cut phase. So proud of my client, 20kg down and her cut phase is now complete!! Great work. People often ask me do I do weight loss transformations and the answer is there is no such thing as a weight loss program, the most optimal way to get a great transformation or lose body fat is to do build and cut phases, same heavy weights, just different diet. 😁
So how we train is the absolute smartest and best way to lose weight and appear toned.
With this transformation we are just getting started here, as now it’s time for a nice build phase! Excited to see where we can take this! 👏🏼

Super proud of my client who has worked sooo hard to get this physique and is still making improvements each week!  

We did this without tracking calories or macros and with just good communication, I switched up her routine a bit aswell after the build phase so we could work on the symmetry and it really paid off, a fair bit less quads and more hamstrings. We new it was time to finally cut as she has a big photoshoot soon and also she is now having brands reaching out interested to work with her, so we thought it’s definitely time to try get her in as best shape as possible and really step it up  

I also got her to do abs 3x per week post workout and incline walking as cardio, anywhere between 10-40 mins per day, each day she’d ask me how much to do and I told her what I thought was best, now currently just 10-15 mins post workout and 30 mins on rest day. 
For diet, it’s hard to track so I told her what foods we can avoid for less inflammation / bloating and also making sure we always keep protein high.  

I can honestly say Atlanta is one of the hardest at pushing in the gym I’ve ever seen in person, especially watching her do barbell squats without a spotter, it takes serious courage to do them last couple reps where it even looks like she won’t make it up but she pushes through, she also managed to get to huge weights on many lifts and has done PBs of 200kg hip thrust too. She trusts the process and listens well and I can see her going super far and many opportunities will come her way 💪🏽

So so proud of my client Sophie who’s making some of the best progress in the quickest amount of time I’ve seen! When she joined I helped explain we must eat more to gain muscle and that’s what we did and the response was absolutely insane. I kept the date on the before photo so you can see for some proof and the after photo was on mine and her stories a couple weeks ago, these photos are only 13 weeks apart! We also have a great side view photo to post soon! Keep going hard Sophie, like I’ve told you, you can go to the highest level possible at this rate I 100% believe in you !! 💪🏽
