Are you trying to kickstart your exercise plan? Trying to improve your general health? Maybe 'exercise snacks' are a great starting option.

No - not per the image but actually exercising!!

Exercise snacks were defined as structured bouts lasting less than five minutes, performed at least twice daily and for at least three days every week.
