The full moon is in Aries tonight, and she’s going to be a beauty.

On the full moon I love to take time to pause, reflect, reset and write down my intentions and anything I want to release that is no longer serving me. (Btw, you don’t need to wait until a full moon or new moon to do this. This is a great practice to do anytime you feel the need.)

It’s now Spring time here in the southern hemisphere. A time of growth and renewal and beautiful new blooms. 🌼

It’s a reminder that what we nurture with care and attention can grow and thrive. And just like the seeds we plant in our gardens, if we continue to spend time nurturing the seeds of our goals and dreams, and continue to move toward them with love and intention, they too will blossom.
