“Is this normal… or could it be endometriosis?”

If you’ve ever asked that question — you’re not alone.

is hosting a live Q&A event with Alexandra Diggles from focused on real conversations about endometriosis.

This is a space to ask (or just listen):

• Why does my period pain feel so intense?
• Can endometriosis affect my bladder or bowel?
• What support options are available?
• Where does physio fit into endometriosis care?

You don’t need a diagnosis. Just questions.

A physiotherapist travelled from South Korea 🇰🇷 to spend three days learning pelvic health care with our team.

One interesting difference we discussed is that physiotherapists in Australia are first-contact practitioners, meaning patients can see us directly without needing a GP referral.

During her visit we shared how we assess pelvic floor function using real-time ultrasound, clinical reasoning, and a holistic approach to pelvic and gut health.

What stood out most was how universal the goal is across clinicians everywhere — to listen to patients and provide truly patient-centred care.

Collaboration like this helps pelvic health care grow globally.

Thank you for visiting and learning with us - Lucy!!

A great opportunity to speak with the Queensland women’s rugby team and coaching staff at Ballymore about pelvic health in athletes.

Pelvic health symptoms can affect athletes across many sports and may influence comfort, confidence and performance. These conversations are still emerging in many sporting environments, which makes education and open discussion important.

Experiences like this also reinforce the sense that we are witnessing meaningful change in women’s sport — something reflected in conversations at the where leaders across sport discussed the importance of supporting female athletes holistically.

Pelvic health is part of that conversation.

At Pelviology, we’re passionate about contributing to environments where athletes feel supported to talk about pelvic health and access appropriate care.

Athletes and coaches — do you think pelvic health is discussed enough in sport environments? 💬. → Sharing a little more about the Women in Sport Conference 2026 in our stories.

We’re piloting a small-group class series at Pelviology, starting 9 February — created to help you move in ways that actually make sense for your body.

These aren’t generic exercise classes. They’re small, physio-led groups designed to build confidence, not pressure.

What makes them different:
✔ Small groups (max 6), so you’re seen and supported
✔ Led by pelvic health physiotherapists
✔ Designed to work with your individual care, not replace it

How we support you:
Before joining a class, you’ll meet with a Pelviology physio to talk through your body, your goals, and what you’re navigating right now. That session also starts your individual treatment plan, so your care is personalised from the beginning.

From there, we’ll help you choose what fits best — a group class, one-to-one support, or a mix of both.

Because the goal isn’t just to attend a class.
It’s to feel supported, capable, and confident in your body.
