Our support is person-centred, age-appropriate, and tailored to each individual. Focusing on confidence, routine, wellbeing, movement, and meaningful community connection.

As we come to the end of another year, we just want to say how truly grateful we are for the trust you place in us and for welcoming Reflect into your lives. Being part of your journeys, sharing everyday moments, milestones, laughs, and challenges is something we never take for granted.

This year has been filled with so many special memories, meaningful connections, and moments that remind us why we do what we do. It is such a privilege to support you and to be part of a community built on care, compassion, and genuine connection.

We’re so excited to introduce one of our incredible Reflect team members, Cydney! 💙

At just 20 years old, Cydney has already brought so much heart, care, and compassion into her role as a support worker. Inspired by her little cousin who has disabilities, Cydney has learned the power of empathy, patience, and inclusive support, and she brings those values into every shift. 🌟

Outside of Reflect, you’ll find her soaking up time with family and friends, relaxing at the beach, and appreciating the little joys in life. 🌊☀️

We’re so grateful to have Cydney as part of our Reflect family, helping to make a real difference in the lives of the people we support every day. 🥰

📦✨ The boxes have officially been delivered to you! Inside each one you’ll find simple instructions on how to pack your box and make it extra special 💕 Remove the sticker and fold the instruction flap up to return to the side of the box.

A huge thank you to Reflect’s little helper today 🦺 who helped deliver these with the biggest smile! 🌟

Please have your boxes completed by 20th October so we can make sure they’re on their way to brighten a child’s Christmas 🎄💝

This year, Reflect is excited to be supporting Operation Christmas Child to help bring joy to children in need around the world 🌍💝

You can take part by:
🎁 Packing a shoebox provided by reflect with gifts. Choose a gender & age group: 2–4, 5–9, 10–14.
Or
🎁 Donating toys or items to Reflect and we’ll create shoeboxes together

🧸 Suggested gifts include:
• A “wow” toy (doll, soccer ball & pump, soft toy)
• Fun toys & games
• School supplies (pencils, crayons, notebooks)
• Clothing (new)
• Hygiene items (toothbrush, sunscreen, hairbrush)
• A personal note or photo from yourself for the recipient

📆 Cut-off date: 20th October 2025
📍 Give your donations to Samantha at Reflect and we’ll make sure they reach some very special children 💕
