Happy Friday Earthy Neurodivergents
Easter Holidays have officially begun and we wish everyone who is having time off, a peaceful break and for those still working, a big thank you!
We’re working away on some programs and new ideas and venues for our beautiful community.
One thing we’ve observed is how beneficial the bus trip is for our groups. It’s proving to be a perfect opportunity to regulate, co-regulate with staff or peers, connect or play. I’ve been privileged to hear some beautiful little interactions between our crew - the excitement in little voices as they discover they’ve found their people and that they belong.
Neurodivergent people often interact more peacefully when we are doing something with our hands or connecting over shared interests so our lovely Isabella has been busy creating some individualised kits of little activities for the bus trips. We’ve just done a big online order and she will be working to create this new resource over the next few weeks.
