It’s a small, deeply supported women’s group, meeting weekly to:
• settle the nervous system
• listen to the body
• move gently through the seven energy centres
• release what’s been held — safely, gradually, honestly

I’m Nikki: an Accredited Master Breathwork Facilitator (400+ hours), Reiki Practitioner, and somatic & bodywork practitioner and qualified Personal Trainer.

My work is grounded in lived experience, not just training.
After years of living in survival mode — pushing my body, starting over repeatedly, and carrying grief and nervous system overwhelm — I learned the hard way that the body doesn’t heal through force, but through safety, presence, and listening.

I work in a trauma-informed, nervous-system-led way, supporting women to reconnect with their bodies through breathwork, energy work, and gentle somatic practices.
Nothing is rushed. Nothing is imposed. The body sets the pace.

This isn’t surface-level healing or mass-produced work.
It’s a deeply human, embodied approach — held by someone who’s walked the path herself.

This isn’t a class you attend and forget.
And I’m not guiding you from a script.

I guide this journey because I’ve walked it myself, through the body, through the breath, through the places we usually avoid.

The Seven Chakras Breathwork series is not about “opening” or “fixing” anything.

It’s about listening.

Listening to where your body is holding stories.
Listening to emotions that were never given space.
Listening to the wisdom that has always been there, waiting.

Each week, we work gently and safely through one chakra, using breath, nervous system regulation, and embodiment, not force, not performance.

This space is for women who:
• feel disconnected from their body
• are in midlife, perimenopause, menopause, or deep transition
• are tired of surface-level healing
• want to feel safe while going deep

I don’t push you.

But that’s not what’s happening.

Midlife is not decay.
It’s refinement.

What looks like breaking
is actually pressure doing its work.

You’re not broken.
You’re becoming.

And what’s emerging now
doesn’t need approval, permission, or polishing.

It’s hormonal, and feeling it can be healing.

Ever noticed a new wave of anger showing up in midlife?
Shorter fuse. Less tolerance. Stronger emotions.

You’re not broken.

As estrogen declines, the brain’s ability to buffer emotions can reduce.
That means everything you’ve been holding in for decades, the resentment, exhaustion, over-giving, unspoken truths, begins to rise to the surface.

LEA & NIKKI — creators of Blue Mind Flow Retreats

Lea is a devoted yoga, meditation, and Pilates teacher who believes the practice doesn’t end on the mat — it’s a way of moving through life with presence, ease, and a regulated nervous system. Her gentle guidance helps students weave mindful movement and grounding rituals into everyday life.

Nikki is a breathwork and Reiki facilitator, and a personal trainer, who discovered conscious breathing as the bridge between high-performance training and deep inner healing. Through breath, she supports people in navigating life’s transitions with resilience, clarity, and self-connection.

Together, they share practices that nurture overall health, inner calm, and sustainable wellbeing.

Freediving Training

Our freediving is guided by Fluid Focus, approaching freediving as “underwater meditation”, a therapeutic way to connect with the ocean while engaging in gentle yet profound self-exploration.

Freediving invites you to move inward with curiosity, observing your body and mind as you float in warm, tropical waters full of life.

You’ll have the option to:
• Begin with Molchanovs Lap 1 (for beginners)
• Complete Molchanovs Wave 1 and/or Wave 2 certifications
