🎄 The week before Christmas can get a little crazy — shopping, wrapping, cleaning, surviving.
Here are 3 quick fixes to stop your body seizing up before the big day:
1️⃣ The 30-Second Trap Stretch
Perfect if you’ve been wrapping presents hunched over the dining table.
Tilt your head to the side and anchor down the opposite shoulder. When you feel a medium stretch, hold it there. Take slow breaths for 30 seconds.
2️⃣ Towel Thoracic Extension
Roll up a towel, lie over it with the towel placed horizontally under your shoulder blades, hands behind your head, and slowly open your chest by leaning back over it.
Great for switching off that “I’ve been baking all day” posture.
3️⃣ Hydration Check
Queensland heat + rushing around = muscles drying out faster than a gingerbread man in the sun.
Drinking water before you feel thirsty helps keep you from dehydrating.
