I frequently get asked who looks after your back? Well, over the years of playing rugby, windsurfing, martial arts I have had numerous injuries and it as always an Osteopath that would get me sorted out quickly, even after some nasty episodes. Then 4 years ago an incident whilst gardening resulted in a massive disk prolapse in my back. One step too far this time for an Osteopath to help and after injections I had to have surgery. Whilst the surgery did help it did not remove all issues and then again treatment with an osteopath has helped me to live a normal life. So I have the experience of personal back pain, how to manage it, knowing when to call for help and how to help you recover from surgery and to get you back on course.
